March is all about self care here at Evolving Chiropractic!
Dr. Erin Ponton has put together a self care calendar for you to follow throughout March to make sure you’re staying on track with your physical and emotional health. Some of the days you’ll be doing things that you might already incorporate into your daily routine, but more importantly, there will be some new things, which might challenge you and you might want to work into your lifestyle on a more regular basis.
Try and follow the calendar as closely as possible, however, if you don’t have an oil diffuser, you can use your favourite candle. We will also have some mindful colouring sheets available in the practice for you to colour in. Some motivational or health related podcasts we recommend are The Tony Robbins Podcast, The Wellness Guys or 100 Not Out, which can all be streamed through your favourite podcast app on iPhone or Android.
